Tony graduated in 1995 from Queen’s University Law School in Kingston, Ontario. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1997. For the last 19 years Tony has practiced primarily in the area of plaintiff’s personal injury litigation representing injury victims and their families.
Tony handles all personal injury claims including injuries from motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability (i.e. slip and falls, etc.), and assaults. In addition, Tony will assist you with all of the other matters that flow from being injured due to negligence, including accident benefit claims, long term disability claims, Canada Pension Plan appeals and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board hearings.
He has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Workplace Safety and Insurance Appeals Tribunal, the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal, and the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.
When not working, Tony enjoys watching live sports and music, cooking and spending time outdoors.
He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Trial Lawyer’s Association and the County of Frontenac Law Association.
